44 Cheap Street, Sherborne: Renovation of Grade II listed building. Completed Oct 2017 and let to Scrivens Opticians.

87 High Street, Lymington: Opening up of ground floor to increase sales area to c1000 sq ft - Completed 2016 and let to EE.

17 St Mary Street, Weymouth: Extension of shop to create 1000 sq ft unit. Completed July 2015 and pre-let to O2 who commenced shop fitting immediately upon Landlords completion. Investment subsequently sold.

24 Broad Street, Launceston: Major alterations to internal layout and refurbishment of exterior. Completed April 2015. Pre - let to Costa Coffee.

24 & 26 Fore Street, Brixham: Re-development of former Dorothy Perkins unit to create three shops. Two Fore Street shops pre-let to Costa and Saltrock whilst Union Lane unit let on completion to local high end retailer in March 2015.

22 Broad St, Lyme Regis: Works in progress to convert Grade II listed building to shop & basement and a 2 bed flat above. - completion late summer 2017.

62 Cheap St Sherborne: Works commencing March 2017 to create c1600 sq ft open plan shop - completion end of September 2017.

Unit 5, Buckland Rd, Pen Mill TE: Major refurbishment of 9000 sq ft warehouse.

Forthcoming Projects:

26 High St, Shaftesbury: Renovation and alterations to Grade II listed building to create c1300 sq ft lock up shop. Works commence March / April 2017.

4 East St, Bridport: Planning obtained Feb 2017 to create c1800 sq ft shop. Works commence Autumn 2017.

16-18 Fore St: Fowey: Planning obtained Jan 2017 to create one large or 2 lock up units with 2 bed flat above. Commencement TBC.

5 Wyndham St, Yeovil: Planning due shortly to double existing shop to c2000 sq ft. Works commence May/June 2017.
